GM Information Update Form - A visitor will be presented with an input form that they can complete online and submit directly to the Interstate Legal Dept.  This can be used to update their address information, provide Legal with information about a license or to send the dept. general licenses comments or questions.  Submitted forms can be sent to a set Legal Dept. e-mail address for action.
