Recipe #1 - French Bread Rustica (June Show)
1 lb Ground Sausage
1 Small onion chopped
2 Cloves garlic chopped
1 Red Pepper chopped
1 container Chopped frozen spinach
15 oz Ricotta Cheese
Loaf of your favorite crusty bread Mozzarella
Fry sausage, onion, garlic, and red pepper until sausage is
cooked through. Remove from heat and add spinach and ricotta
cheese. Mix together. Cut crusty bread in half so it makes 2
full loaves. Hollow out the middles. Pour mixture into both
breads. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees
until cheese is melted. Cut and serve.
